AI concierge for hotels and resorts

Every call to your property, answered to your standard.

SideQuest is an AI-powered concierge that answers your phones around the clock, in your guest's language, following your protocols, on the phone system you already run, alongside the team you already have. A person takes the call the moment a person is what it needs.

What this is

A concierge on your phones that works for your team, not instead of it.

SideQuest is an AI-powered concierge service for hotels and resorts. It picks up your main line and your outlet lines, answers the way your best team member would, books what can be booked, captures what should be captured, and hands the call to a person under the rules you set. It is not a new system for your staff to learn. It is the phone, finally handled.

Answers like your best team member

Trained on your property, your brand, your protocols, and the streets around you. Every answer is your approved answer, in the language the guest is speaking.

Augments your staff

It takes the volume: the routine questions, the reservations, the three-in-the-morning calls. It hands off the moment a person is needed. Your team keeps the decisions. The phone stops interrupting them.

Plugs into what you already run

It sits on your existing phone system or PBX and writes into the reservation, property-management, and email systems you already use. Nothing gets ripped out. Guests never learn a new number.

Where it fits

It plugs into what you already run.

Calls keep arriving on the numbers your guests already have. SideQuest answers on the phone system you already operate and does its work inside the systems your outlets already keep, so the pool desk, the spa, the host stand, and the events office see bookings and leads land where they have always landed.

No new numbers for guests to learn. No new screens for your staff to watch.

Augmentation, not replacement

Your team, with a layer underneath it.

Most of what rings a hotel phone is volume: the pool hours, the late arrival, the table for two, the wedding that might be. SideQuest takes the volume so your people can take the guest in front of them, and hands the call to a person the moment a person is what it needs.

It takes
  • Routine questions, at any hour, in any language
  • Reservations against live availability, under your rules
  • First contact on event, group, and banquet inquiries
  • The night shift's phone, when the night shift is one person
  • Recording and transcribing every call
Your people keep
  • Every judgement call
  • The guest standing in front of them
  • The decision to comp, upgrade, or bend a rule
  • The relationship with the wedding party
  • The morning meeting, now with numbers

How we work

Consult first. Then we build.

You don't implement this. We do. It starts with learning your property in depth: where the calls come from, where they go, what breaks. Then we orchestrate the modules you need into one system that runs your protocols. You pick what you need. Making it work is ours.

  1. 01 Consult A conversation about your property: the lines, the outlets, the hours nobody is fully staffed.
  2. 02 Understand Your protocols, written down or not. Your seasons, your languages, what your standard actually is.
  3. 03 Orchestrate The capabilities you need, arranged into one system that runs your protocols and hands off to your people.
  4. 04 Implement On your phone system, inside your existing stack. Then we stay on it.

Questions a GM asks

The things you'd want to know before the call.

Does this replace my operators or my front desk?

No. It answers the calls that interrupt them and hands the rest to them. Your team keeps every decision that needs a person; the phone stops being the thing that pulls them away from the guest in front of them.

Will it work with our phone system?

It is built to sit on the phone system or PBX you already run. Calls arrive on your existing numbers and are answered there. Nothing is replaced, and your guests never learn a new number.

What languages does it speak?

Whatever language your guest is speaking (Spanish, French, Russian, Mandarin, and Portuguese among them), following the same protocol in every one, so the answer is the property's answer regardless of the language it arrives in.

What happens when it can't answer?

It hands the call to a person, under the escalation rules you set: who, when, and for what. The guest never hears a dead end.

Do we have to take all five capabilities?

No. Every capability stands on its own. Your events team can have lead capture while the PBX stays exactly as it is. Take one, add another next quarter, or run all five from the start.

Is every call recorded?

Every call is recorded and transcribed, and a dashboard shows how many came in, what they were about, and how they ended. Most properties have never had this for the phone.
